Seems to me that they lowered the discount in most cards by 3% so u r really only saving 2%. Walmart and target are usualy 2 or 3% off now it’s 0+5. Home Depot is usually about 8%. Dunkin donuts is about 7% often… Anyone else notice that all these “regular price” before the additional 5% is slightly lower then usual?
