Last time I ordered there was a $10 restocking fee as you write in the post but now it looks like they charge a $25 restocking fee!
And they do charge the fee even with ShopRunner!
The restocking fee has been changed to $25. Also, return protection won’t work as they have a 90 day return policy. I’ve been denied RP for restocking fee before, I’m not sure if that’s the norm or not.
I’ve been reimbursed for restocking fees many times by AMEX.
What did they say was the reason they denied you?
