Twillory is an overated piece of garage! Stay away from it. It’s not worth the price at all.

Shirts are good quality.
Be careful with the free returns/exchanges. They start from date of order, not date of delivery. Shipping from the U.K., there’s a huge difference.
I like them. The are similar to CT but IMO more comfortable. It’s a softer fabric.

I’ve had big problems getting pockets and they (and Charles Tyrwhitt) were rude into the bargain, acting snooty for no reason to enlighten me that Brits don’t wear pockets, which may be nonsense. Even if not, if you are selling to North America, why would you not suit your product to that market? I am sticking to the great sales and way nicer service at Paul Fredrick and Brooks Brothers. And I like their shirts. And they have pockets on their dress shirts. Which by the way, I always had when I worked as a diplomat for some years. So snoot, snoot back to these overweeningly and undeservedly snobbish British firms. They’ve lost a heck of a lot of business from me, which I now direct to PF and BB.
