Is it better to get measured in their showroom before making an order or can I order and then get measured after?
Order first, then make an appointment to get fit.
So I just placed an order from them without adding my measurements. Can I book an appointment at one of their showrooms this week and they will plug in the measurements into the order? Also how much would that cost (to get measured)

It takes a couple weeks until you get it, so YMMV.
But like all custom made clothes, you’ll probably want a 2nd fitting and tailoring (free) to make sure it fits to your liking.
I ordered my suit on February 12th and I just got it today so that’s 26 days
Got a suit 2 and a half weeks ago and it shipped today. DHL so I’m expecting it early next week I guess. If you order now you will most probably not get it before pesach.

The Harrogate Check Black looks almost more grey than black on my screen. Is that just my screen, or is it closer to grey than black? Anyone have it by any chance?
I just saw it in the showroom. It’s a bit gray but very nice. Quality is great.

Do these suits have a track record of having/not-having shatnez? What options are available, if you have a custom suit and then find shatnez? Can that typically be removed?
How do these compare to Fino suits?
I haven’t heard of anyone funding shatnez in their Indochino suit.
Is there any way to rush the order? I need for Pesach
