Dan’s Note: I have been looking for a dress rain coat with a hood and a removeable liner forever and was thrilled to find that Indochino offers this one! I bought it online and had the tailor in the showroom add length when I was fitted so that it would go down to my knees and cover my Kapota for Shabbos use. As all of the items are custom made, you can choose the length that you want!

If the suit does not fit once you receive it you can have it altered in a showroom, or you can be reimbursed for up to $75 from a local tailor of your choice to fix it, or Indochino will pay for return shipping and will fix it and ship it back to you once it’s fixed.

Can I return before is goes into production?
I don’t think their policy states this clearly, but I was able to do it a few months ago (before buying, I documented them telling me I could do it via live chat). They don’t have option to cancel or return online, you’ll have to reach out to customer service to do it.
Also, make sure it doesn’t go into production before you want because there won’t be a way to undo that (if your measurements are already in their system, it goes directly to production).

I was told this a few months ago by a rep: “We’re only able to apply if you contact us within 3 business days after placing the order!”
ime they said that they will not price match black friday and cyber monday even within 3 business days.

Yes. None of their suits have been found to have shatnez unless they explicitly say wool and linen in the description.

When did you get measured?
I received my suit and it is badly creased. I had a chat session with Indochino and was told that they don’t reimburse for professional pressing. Anyone else have this issue?

No stores close to me. Not worth traveling costs and time for a free pressing.
