One of the best deals on Black Friday was a 75% off Spyder code.
Many people have received their orders, but some people got cancellation notices for their items being out of stock.
DDF members are reporting that Spyder will allow you to call and request a similarly priced items and still honor the 75% off discount.
So if you had any cancelled items, be sure to call Spyder at 844-977-9337 and ask them to replace your cancelled items with items that are in stock.

I bought several items in different sizes. Initially they did not let me return anything or exchange for different sizes! Now they are happily working with me to return and exchange!
Customer service was excellent- my order was cancelled i picked a similar item for 75% off and they threw in free shipping. They also told me this was suppose to be an employee only discount code- got leaked and management is furious…..
Can you get me the order number that you used to see if I can 75% off of items too

I just tried and I have an order number (two actually because I made two separate orders) but no go. Seems like you just have to get lucky with who you speak to?
Apparently this was a leaked employee code and employee codes only get store credit back so you may have an issue returning unless you HUCA
When I placed the order over the phone they clearly stated that they would provide a label to return the items at no charge

Originally ordered 6 different items on Black Friday because it was such a great deal. Received 3 items in the mail, while the 3 others were canceled.
I just got off the phone with the customer service rep (who was very sweet) and explained Spyder’s policy: Spyder has decided to honor the 75% discount on 1 item, or instead offer 40% off 2 or more items. The original merchandise I wanted was sold out, so I just re-ordered the one for 75% off and called it a day.

When I called three days ago, they told me they would not honor the canceled items, they also told me that the two items I ordered and large, that I wanted and medium, were Final sale because of the 75 percent off, Even though nowhere did it say final sale on my items. I’ll give it a try right now.
I just called. They said they have very strict orders not to accept any returns, and they absolutely cannot reorder any canceled items, available or not, and cannot order other items. Who did you talk to dan 🙂 ? Who can we talk to!

I received everything (three large orders). Went online to return items I didnt end up needed and printed the return slip no problem.
Dropped them off at the post office… now hoping I wont have an issue with the return.
They told me that absolutely no returns for items that were at 75% off…big problem.
HUCA or do it online.

Update! I e-mailed Spyder over 3 weeks ago and they finally got back to me. Customer service was wonderful and they completely stuck to the deal they originally had and let me choose my jackets and sizes. It took some time, but I’m very pleased.
