I too was disturbed by that, so despite it being only 35 cents, I contacted Amazon (something which has become increasingly difficult lately), got transferred to the tax department, and logged a complaint! The rep was honest enough to tell me that he doesn’t know if or when any corrective action will be taken because of it, but my complaint was duly noted!
