Great knife, highly recommended. Good price.

Is this knife good for meat, roast, etc?
Or just for veggies?

Papercut

Best knife around in this price range.

We have one, but anyone have something they recommend to sharpen it when when it does finally get dull? (hasn’t yet and my wife cooks with it almost every day). ~1.5 years old.

Look for a honing steel for routine maintenance. Honing steels work to help the blade stand straight from a bent position. For sharpening, which takes metal off the blade and restores the edge, the easiest choice is a pull-through sharpener like the Chef’s Choice Pronto 4643. For more advanced sharpening, look for a sharpening stone. I have the King 6000/1000 stone.

How much does it normally cost?
