Greenworks has great products but their customer service is terrible. Emails are unanswered and phone hold time is many hours. Hope you won’t need warranty service
I have had the same experience. Emailed them re a warranty, twice, and still havent heard back. Been over a month.
Chatted now with Amazon although my purchase was close to 2 years ago and explained to them the issue and that greenworks is impossible to be reached. They refunded me almost twice the amount of purchasing a new attachment
Would I also be able to do the 30% off on this, or can I not double stack like that?
Sure
Awesome, thanks! Just got a new mower for $100, half the MSRP. Last one lasted just over 5 years. I tried doing what you suggested in the post for applying the Discover Card reward, and just using a small reward amount, then I wanted to pay the rest off with another credit card (with more rewards than Discover). However, if I selected the other credit card, it canceled everything under Discover, so I could only make the purchase with my Discover Card. I probably misunderstood something someplace, and the new checkout look at Amazon was jarring, but it’s done now anyway.
I would opt for gas operated. These toys don’t do the job well. I learnt it the hard way.
Most of these actually work pretty close to the gas machines without the gas hassle and maintenance. Therefore, I do recommend these
