Ticket to Ride and Ticket to Ride Europe are excellent board games.
Settlers Of Catan is one of the best board games ever made and I’m a huge fan. Don’t judge me, so are the Green Bay Packers. The biggest advantage of it over traditional games like Risk or Monopoly is that you are forced to change your strategy every time you play as the board is set up randomly and is never the same as the last time. Plus it can be played in just 1-2 hours.
Note that Catan is is a 3-4 player game. You get buy this expansion pack on sale for just $13.99 to make it a 5-6 player game as well. I often play with the expansion pack with 4 players as well.

Do you have a favorite expansion set for Catan
@dan, personally i found that you can play settlers of catan with just 2 players, and it’s LOADS of fun, try it out.
I figure if it’s so much fun with just 2 players it will most prob be even more fun with more players.
