This is a good deal but it is actually not the latest version of this VR headset and is not compatible with the new Galaxy Note 7. The newer version costs $99.95 and can be found by searching on Amazon for “samsung gear vr note 7”. (There are other differences in the new version aside from Note 7 compatibility.)
