when i put the code at the checkout this what it say :
“The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase.”
both the Amex offer and the Amazon promotional offer BOTH worked! Simply add the offer to your Amex card first, then purchase the gift card on Amazon and be sure to enter the promo code at check out!

I have from sunday the 15$ for using chase ultimate rewards ,so that’s credited on my account ,so if I buy a 60$ card will I get back the money from amex or its going to come out to a totall of 45 so they won’t give me credit rather I should buy a 75$ gift card so I get the offer !?

I have the same problem. On the top it tells me:

However when I apply the code it gives me this message:
The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase.
Anybody have more info about this?
I finally figured it out.
When you click the link to see if you are eligible there’s an option to “Click to add the code to your account”. If you do that there’s no need to apply the code on the next page, & if you do you’ll get the message “The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase”. If you don’t click to add the coupon you will have to apply the code on the next page.

When it tells you that you qualify, it shows giftcards and then a button that says, “Apply this Coupon” or something like that. Click the button and then you wont need to apply code at check out. I’ve done this 5 times.
