70% isopropyl alcohol is more effective than 91%, strange as it seems.
Please explain.
Short answer is that the 91% alcohol evaporates too quickly to effectively sanitize. Therefore, the 70% isopropyl alcohol is more effective at sanitizing because it has more time to sanitize before evaporating.
Dilute it
Issue would be that you have to dilute it by the exact amount necessary to have the correct ratio of water and alcohol. Do you have the necessary equipment for that?
