if you like the creamy peanut butter, the 80 oz one is $10.82. better deal i think!

I’m not partial to a specific national brand and most store brands are fine for me, too (this is coming from a guy who had Skippy peanut butter featured at his wedding!). I usually buy peanut butter at ShopRite for about 11-13 cents an ounce (16-18 ounce for usually $1.99).

Peanut butter is one product where I won’t buy generic. Never tastes the same.

Well, none of the major national brands taste the”same” as Skippy either. That’s not what I look for in peanut butter, or any product, for that matter. I simply look for good taste and at a good price.
My motto is:
It’s TWICE as nice, if it’s HALF the price!

TGIShabbos

I agree with Dan. Other food products I can’t stand as generic-branded are breakfast cereals and sodas (called “pop” in the midwest)

Living with someone with a severe peanut allergy, I’ll do my best to keep this away from her.
