I started using a Pixel 5a that I bought new for about $350. Ppl on Reddit said that at the moment it’s a good option – so far, it’s been a fantastic Android phone.
I use the 5a but had screen break twice even with case and protection.
Google replaces but it’s a pain, gonna buy the 6 and keep 5a as backup
It seems like the screens from the a (4a etc) break easier then the ones from other premium phones, have had a case for 10 years of having Android phones and only the 4a broke with a case, the same happened with a friend , good screen cracked twice even with a case.

If you bought a phone directly from the Google Store within the last 14 days, contact Support and send them your order ID as well as the amazon link from today and they will refund you the price difference. Take a screenshot of the amazon page just in case for your records. Must be the same specs, color, and still be in stock.
