I’m a massive fan of Settlers of Catan, though with Catan you’ll need at least 3 players and if you want to play with 5 people you’ll need to buy a Catan expansion pack. Ticket To Ride works perfectly with anywhere from 2 to 5 players.

I have a recommendation for people who enjoy the above-listed games. In 2015, I learned to play Dominion on Pesach. Shortly after, I purchased it and brought it with me when I went to friends’ houses for Shabbos or babysat.
For the game to be understood, you need to be able to read and get past the third turn. After that, the game is awesome!
It is something the kids ask me to bring when I visit. At least three families have purchased it for their homes.
My only hesitation is that the titles of the cards aren’t so Shabbosdik but other than that, there are dozens of Frum kids in the Midwest that will recommend Dominion.
