If I bought it from amazon for $99 last week can I get the $14 back from amazon somehow?

Death

Theoretically, yes.

Max

Isn’t there a mandatory monthly fee for it to work? if so How much?

Dan

No fee to use it.
If you want to be able to access previous recordings it’s $30/year.

What does the upgraded versions have that this one doesn’t?

Manny

I think the Ring 2 has a removable battery, so you can remove he batter to charge it without removing the whole doorbell, which you need to do with this model.
The Ring 2 was on sale at Costco last week for $150 with an extra remote chime.

Joe

What’s the deal with Shabbos? Would I have to disable the motion detection every Friday and then re-activate? Someone said that even when motion sensor is off there is still a red light that turns on?

Yankel

Does anyone here have any experience with this bell?
or any other such a bell?

Manny

I have this bell and it works fine. Picks up motion and records on their server. No need to have a DVR in your home for this, but the recording costs $30/year per doorbell or $100/yr for unlimited recording devices.

Test Testing

I have not recavid that bell yet, when chatting with amazon they wrote me;

Jinky: You are most welcome.
Upon checking the status of the order I can see here that your order status stated “Giftclick holding”, this status usually used to place orders “on hold” to prevent them from shipping due to pricing errors, promotions errors, looping shipments, etc. It does not stop any existing shipments from processing, but will prevent new shipments from generating.

I guess that was a price mistake!
