Why is this called ‘peephole’ ? Can one get one that actually goes into the peephole’s hole in the center of the door in a way that it’s not noticeably a cam?

Yitzy

Why is this called ‘peephole’ ? For the same reason a dash cam is called a dash cam even though it’s not a dashboard.

Ash

Nope. This one actually screws into existing peephole hole

Yitz

That is exactly ahat this does

Miles

I believe the OP is looking for a device that is mounted on the inside of the door, and looks out through the peephole. The idea being that nobody will know it’s a camera, and nobody will try to pry it off the door and steal it.

Eli

How do these compare to the ring pro 2?

Moe

Does anyone know which of the 4 or 5 versions of the ring doorbells (from the wired ones) do not have an issue with shabbos? I need to get a few but not sure regarding the technology.
