Just read the reviews. 39% gave it one star for breaking within the first day up to a month. An additional 12% give it two or three stars mostly with the same complaint. So if you happen to be of the fortysomething percent who did not have trouble,( or wrote the review soon after receiving and before it conked out) it’s probably a really fun product. Big gamble though.

The batteries in the razor products, in our experience, don’t seem to be very reliable.

Brunfin

Got it! Thanks!

Hi

Seems to be dead

Weather you’re talking about the deal or the actual item, according to poster #1 it will most likely happen sometime soon.

Mathew

I got it with the warranty. Thanks Dan.

Myi

Thanks, snatched one.

mnn

it says that its $99 how do i get it for 39?

Yael Yehoshua

Same price at walmart.

Got it with 2year warranty cuz the reviews were decent and the batteries usually break total 45$ including tax

billdog

yep this might be the one time the extended warranty is actually worth its cost. seems like high expectation of failure so cheap insurance.

recap: WEAR HELMET board is very jerky and takes 2 seconds for the motor to kick in and when it does(very loudly) you are already off balance from the kick start and if you hit a small crack you get thrown off because back wheel is always pushing forward and the front wheel is very small and gets caught easily ( on a nonelectric ripstic if (rarely)your wheel gets stuck the whole board stops abruptly on an electric one the back of the board goes up and bucks you off
I returned it because I didn’t feel safe riding it anymore after being thrown off in the first 3 minutes#
# I have been riding skateboards, e skateboards and -nonelectric ripsticks for over 6 years

note:electric does not have nearly the same maneuverability as the ripstick and is hard to steer

Alive from walmart

Chaim

I got the simple one, not the electric!

David

I just got my ripstik but it’s not electric. I ordered they dd’s link. I remember that it showed an electric ripstik, now the link shows a reg one. I wonder if it was a click-bait situation.
Anyone else had this issue?

Mathew

What is the link to the regular one? I have the electric and don’t really like it. It uses no exercise. It is not so useful on nyc roads because it is heavy to carry and cannot take bumps. I want the manual one.
