Do you think this will do 7.5w on the latest apple products 8, 8p and x? I know the IoS is ready for it now, but not sure if this would max out at 5w or 7.5w? Not being true Qi10w enabled. In reality and testing there isn’t much difference between 5w and 7.5w on the iphones. It’s certainly not a linear increase

Dan what is the idea of wireless charging? Does the charger it self have to be plugged in while charging ?
You don’t need to plug a cable into your phone. You just rest it on the pad and it charges.

I don’t know. If the pad must be plugged in while charging , then what is the gain of having the phone not plugged in ?
Some people hate plugging it in, all they have to do is just dump their phone on the pad and tada..
And when it’s time to take the phone no need to sit there jiggling and taking the wire out and have broken wires, all you have to do is remove the phone from the pad and it’s done charging.

A waste of money in my opinion, still have it sitting in my closet.
I was very disappointed that I had to use a fast charger to connect to this Wireless fast charger and not being able to use any charger.
PS. Dan you never answered his question yes he needs a charger besides for this wireless pad .$7.50
And like mentioned before not only does he need a charger he needs a fast charger.
From my personal experience after buying one, I thought it was a fast charger and all I would need is any charger with a plug and connect to this Wireless fast charger, little did I know I have to buy a fast charger for the outlet as well besides for this one, basically you’re paying $7.50 to not have to plug your phone in every time and just be able to place your phone on a pad versus having to plug it in but again you should know that you need to buy a regular fast charger besides for the fast charger pad.
So no option to use it as a power bank even without fast charging?
Meaning you need to plug this fast wireless charger into an outlet with a USB running from the outlet to this fast charger now if you have a fast charger in the outlet then your wireless fast charger will also be fast, but if you use a non fast charger then your wireless pad will be charging at regular speed.

Mine too was cancelled. I received an email that there was was a “technical” issue. I chatted with Amazon and all they could say was that the seller cancelled the order without providing a reason. Nothing they can do. š
Update: I contacted the seller and they told me (via email) that their employee made a mistake which they took a big loss for and they cancelled all pending orders. They will not provide for the same price. š
