Does TSA allow these to be carried in carry-on bags for domestic flights?

I ordered the above to items earlier and got all three discounts bringing my total to $21 with tax.
I got an email later on that they canceled the B07JZYQH6B which is the 5000 mAh model.
Being that the second one was canceled I lost RPPB173A coupon as well bring my order total for the one 10,000 mAh model to $26.12. Is there anything I can do about this? Or was this just a mistake in the pice so it was deliberately canceled?
Same for me. And now when I try to cancel the remaining order (which is no bargain after the price jumped up), I keep on getting this error message:
