What in the world. I guess a fly swatter is old school for today’s kids and adults.

Good look using a fly swatter for a fly on the ceiling.

Amazing product. buy this you won’t regret it

Is this mutar?

Why is it different than any other method of killing a bug?

I’m not a rabbi, but if you’re doing it for enjoyment (and/or searching out for bugs to kill) then I would say absolutely not allowed. However, if you would’ve killed that bug anyway using a different method then …..

I’d assume it’s used for the latter.

Even hunting for fun is actually permitted halachically.

@Eli it most certainly not

Stating your feelings? There is the famous Noda Byhuda that it is halachically permitted, but it is not in our culture – grandchildren of Yaakov Avinu to engage in Eisov’s habits.

If you’re not a rabbi than any are you saying it’s not allowed? Have you read the Noda Biyhuda about hunting, at the very least, before issuing your psak?

“makes tactical reloads easy during the heat of battle” – hysterical!

What is this GUN used for? Bugs?

Hilarious! Reminds me of this classic scene:

Just as a PSA, when we have our Sukkah up on the deck I know I can look forward to weeks of flying things in the house. There is a bug spray called Zevo that comes in a spray bottle (like any other counter/bathroom cleaner). There is no aerosol which means your intended target has no way of knowing that its demise is imminent as there is no burst of air to warn him/it. My kill rate with this stuff is 8/10 (and Im no Annie Oakley) It’s also 1/10th the price and you won’t look like the right wing lunatic fringe

Where’s the fun in that?

moshe tzvi

I you use this gun to shoot salt won’t the salt get all over the area that you aim in? I assume it’s more than one grain of salt with each shot. Is is kosher salt which being larger is far more deadly for the bugs?

It just uses a couple grains of regular table salt. No mess and it does stun or kill flies effectively.

I’ll be using these for my eggs. Honey one shot or two? Pass the pepper gun please.

This thing is amazing. Def a buy
