I can confirm that these are pretty good. You aren’t gonna get high quality sounds, but it’s still good. They last a while and at this price you can’t beat it. I just bought a bunch for gifts for my family because I own two already.
On a side note on quality. I just got the powerbeats pro from a work program and they are not $200 better than the otiums in sound quality. The powerbeats 3 arents $100 better either.
