The “me want” part of me is screaming for this, but the realist side of me is questioning how I can justify spending more on ingredients to make the pasta, not to mention the cost of the machine…

I also can’t justify 3 servings taking nearly 20 minutes to prep (before you even boil it) when I can buy a pound of pasta for $0.79 and have it ready to throw into a pot of water in just a few minutes.
