The Amazon trade works only if you buy the z fold phone.
Commenters have said that it worked for them with this phone. I called Samsung and they confirmed that, so I’m going to give it a shot and see what happens 🙂
My I advice would be to stick to your note 10+

The faq on the trade in link shows other phones including the note 10 plus for 700.

Dan, any luck getting the $700 credit. I finally got the credit today. Was complicated but i got it at the end.

Since when $1k phone considered a good deal? I understand it’s cheaper than before, but 1 grand is excessive

I received an email confirmation when submitting the trade in request. Per the email, was supposed to receive return label but never did. Called Samsung twice. They keep saying give it a couple days. In the meanwhile, you need to send trade in 14 days from order date. This will soon be impossible.
Finally got the return label after calling and making a ticket.

Has anyone received a trade in credit? I tried but I never got a label shipped and recently received an email that they can’t do the trade in at this time. Anyone have any luck?
