W/O going into the kashruth of this, it contains fish.
Worcestershire Sauce contains only the finest ingredients, including anchovies. Is it labeled OU fish?

Out of curiosity, what does one do with a gallon of Worcestershire sauce? Wouldn’t you have to be running a busy restaurant?

It takes me 4 years to finish a small bottle of worcesrshire sauce (I’m actually lying…I’ll usually throw it out for pesach cleaning before it even gets finished). A gallon seems a little excessive.
