I’ve never seen that hidden on the page before, hard to know if it’s true or not, but if it doesn’t look brand new I’d definitely get a refund.

Dead as a doornail!
I bought this for Pesach and sent it back. No matter how high, medium or low pulp you set it on, it keeps getting blocked and you have to take it apart to clean it.
I wouldn’t take another if they paid me to take it.
Braun is by far a way better brand. I’ve had mine for years and years, I should say decades and it hasn’t given me any problems yet.
