I bought something from small business and never got the $10 credit, so I couldn’t enter it
You should’ve received an email saying that you can redeem the credit.

Got the claim your credit email. Claimed it yesterday. It never came up as option today at checkout to use. Now the link says I have no credits. Never got the credit for the $40 either. Very strange.
Discovered my wife used the first credit I got from Small Business. Got an email not long ago with the credit for the $40. š

I did the small business. I received the email. I claimed the credit. I didn’t receive any discount today.

I got the $40 gift card. I didn’t receive the $10.
Amazon now owes me $30.
