I have this printer; bought it last year. Pros are pretty good scanning speed and ok printing speed. Ink can be very cheap if you buy non-oem. Also the photo printing with oem ink is amazing!!! as good as snapfish.
Cons are the printer ink can be a bit splotchy compared to laser. Duplex printing is very slow. Setting up wifi printing was a real pain.
