Ordered 10 of these last week. Today, Monday, they delivered 9 and my Orders summary says the last one is going to be delivered Friday. So I canceled that part of the order — it remains to be seen if they can do that. A month ago I ordered a box of Tyvek envelopes, a very common office item, and they have shown it as ready to ship since then. I have been trying for three weeks to cancel it, because the address will not be open this month, and they keep telling me that it’s too late to cancel. (This is an Amazon Prime item, not a third-party unless it is one approved by Amazon for that.) So Saturday, with online chat, they told me I could cancel it once it shipped, and meanwhile gave me a $20 credit. The item itself costs about $35.
