Amazing how these things are sold in 8 packs. I use 1 every few years. Will keeping the rest in a refrigerator extend their life (though if life really extended, I think 8 batteries might be all I need for the next 2 decades or more).

I don’t think that it is advised to store the batteries in a refrigerator. Condensation and moisture can set in and ruin them. Better in a cool dry place.
