I was on hold for 2 hours to book aisle seats and kosher meals for our flight to Israel for Yom Kippur and Succos. Not that anyone here will give a hoot but I got this order today and sure enough it was only 30 packs. I talked myself blue in the face via chat (no calls allowed for me) and even sent a screenshot but there is nobody home. The chat rep did reluctantly agree that I’m right but said she needs to transfer the issue to another department who will email. Sure enough all they said was that current description says 30 pack. I know this is so unimportant in the bigger scheme of what’s going on right now. But it still caused me lots of frustration. I’ll stick to surefire deals in the future.
