Read the 1, 2 and 3 Star reviews. Many complaints about the elastic popping off and the masks are too small for adults.
You can’t just look at the negative reviews on a given product, need to look at reviews on the whole.
I’ve also learned that unfortunately many reviews are fake. I’ve gotten notes inside packages to leave a good review and get $20 gift cards, etc. There are also groups that Amazon sellers direct people to buy things for free (they reimburse after the purchase) to leave reviews.
