If you want to go down that route, anything baked commercially also does not have to be pas yisroel. Point is, either you keep it or you donāt.

Shulchan melochim applies by bishul yisroel, not pas yisroel.
These are not Pas Yisroel, but the same company makes them gluten free which doesn’t need a Password Yisroel…(not on sale, just saying)

The gluten-free ones contain oats which still need to be pas Yisrael.
That would be true if it was the main ingredient. The gluten-free version is actually shehakol, as there are not enough oats to make them mezonos. As such they do not need to be pas yisroel.
Any amount of one of the five grains will make something mezonos as long as it adds either flavor or nourishment.
