You can transfer Citi points to Accor at a 1:0.75 ratio through 11:59pm ET on 7/19. The normal transfer ratio is 1:0.5.
1,000 Accor points are worth a fixed 20 Euros, currently $23.37, towards any Accor hotel stay.
That means a transfer of 4K Citi points would net 3K Accor points, which are worth $70.11 towards Accor hotel stays. That’s a value of 1.75 cents per Citi point, which is excellent.
Accor brands include 21C, Banyan Tree, Delano, Emblems, Fairmont, Ibis, M Gallery, Mercure, Mondrian, Novotel, Raffles, Sofitel, Swissotel, and more.
You can also transfer 4,000 Accor points into 4,000 Flying Blue or Virgin Australia miles or 5,000 ITA or Qantas points.
Accor points expire after 12 months, but can be extended with any earning activity.
With a Citi Bifecta of Double Cash and Premier, you’ll earn 2 or 3 points per dollar everywhere. That’s like earning 3.5%-5.25% back for Accor Hotels with this offer!
I wouldn’t recommend making the transfer unless you have a specific redemption in mind.
