sorry not related to this post but does your United Chase card show up as $0 credit line even though its much higher? Mine is $10,000 but showing up as $0… isn’t that bad for my credit score?

When I try to register for the double miles promotion, they respond that only certain members are eligible. Do you know why this is happening?
Also, do you know whether you can transfer Starwoods points to AMEX Member rewards points? If so, at what exchange rate??
