If we booked under old rates, can we get a refund in miles (I.e US to Canada awards)?

Any change to the rate on SQ for UA between NY and TLV?

Any idea if we can book a first class ticket with the lower miles and then change the date at a later time? Hoping to eventually fly in January 2020 but it’s still too early to book.
Thanks!

No changes to *A chart?

Any changes affecting the Singapore star alliance chart? If not it would be cheaper to book star alliance rather than SQ for business ny to Europe, is that correct?

Thanks
Baruch

eg

That might be true, but you have to figure YQ which SQ collects for LH, LX, OS, TK, etc.
