You can book up to 2 reservations per hotel. There’s no limit to how long each of the stays can be.
IHG PointBreaks now cost 5K, 10K, or 15K points per night, depending on the hotel.
The new IHG card is not subject to Chase’s 5/24 rule and it comes with an annual certificate good for a free stay in IHG hotels that cost up to 40K points.
If you have the new IHG Premier credit card you’ll also get Platinum status and every 4th award night for free! That means a 4 night stay at a 5K hotel will cost just 15K points or 3,750 points per night!
The card also comes with free Global Entry/TSA Pre-Check and gives a 20% discount when you buy IHG points.
IHG normally sells 5,000 points for $67.50 or 1.35 cents per point, but you can login here to see if you are targeted for bonus points. If you are targeted for a sale and 100% bonus, you can buy 52K points for just $260, which is just 0.5 cents per point!
If those points don’t post instantly you can call IHG to get a points loan based on your purchase confirmation number in order to quickly grab a room. Alternatively you can transfer 5,000 Chase Ultimate Rewards points to IHG, though transfers are not instant and it’s a terrible use of Ultimate Rewards points

found 3 in israel 2 crown hotel 1 in jerusalem and in jordan/dead sea and 1 in hotel inn by the dead sea IF U JUST LOOK YOU’LL FIND IT
I think you are conflating IHG hotels with the IHG point breaks, of course there are IHG hotels in Israel. Crowne Plaza in Eilat, Dead Sea, Haifa, Jerusalem and two in Tel Aviv as well as an Intercontinental in Tel Aviv. The Holiday Inn in Ashkelon left the chain months ago. None of them are on the point breaks list.
