20% off award stay, so I would assume for points bookings only.

I was able to rebook a stay in NYC using my free night certificate instead of points because the 20% discount brought the price to just under 40,000. I also rebooked a stay for Arizona and saved a few thousand points there as well. Thank you for the heads up!

Is there any way to downgrade the Premier now that the year from the 140k has passed?

from what I understand, you have to wait till next billing cycle and then you can downgrade and get back your annual fee. u can call them to find out what day you can downgrade
Didn’t work for me. I’m on phone with customer service and it’s just been horrible. Wow. So far they have not offered the 20% off
