This is valid for paid or award stays with a checkout date between 2/20-6/30.

Based on past experience, this should stack with this promotion for 500 bonus Hyatt points per night at Hyatt Place/Hyatt House (and 1K bonus points per night at other Hyatt hotels).
In other words an award stay at a category 1 hotel that costs 5,000 Hyatt (or Chase) points would earn a rebate of 500 Hyatt points plus 1,000 AA miles.
My local Hyatt Place at Legacy Village in Cleveland charges $183 after tax for rooms with a Hyatt member discount:
I’m not a fan of the hotel, but paying 5K points for a free room with a decent pool, free breakfast, and both an AA and Hyatt point rebate is not bad…
Effectively you’re using 3,500 points for a $183 value, or getting a value of over 5 cents per point.

dan i noticed on your mileage reports at the end of the year you use some for points and cash nights and some hyatts you pay full value what determines which ones you decide to use p@ and c nights and which ones you redeem for full points? I Know you said p&c are best value for category 6 but i see you redeemed p and c nights for even less categoris like andaz west hollywood etch what determined you decision?
