You can buy up to 5,000 points per year per account, though people have had success with opening multiple accounts and merging duplicate accounts later on via this form.

For example the new TRYP Jerusalem, located near the Ben Yehuda pedestrian mall, can be booked for just 3K points plus $65. You can buy 3K points for $33 today. Tourists don’t pay any tax on hotel stays in Israel. You need to call Wyndham to book award nights at the TRYP Jerusalem.
