Capital One currently operates excellent lounges in Dallas/DFW, Denver, Las Vegas, and in Washington/IAD.
I have used the Dallas lounge several times during connections there and loved being able to shower, use the prayer and relaxation rooms, try out the Peloton room, and enjoy free snacks and drinks there.
Capital One Landings, which offer premium dining and drinks, are now open in Washington Reagan/DCA and will soon open in LaGuardia.
Capital One Venture X Rewards Credit Cardholders, free additional Venture X user cardholders, and Capital One Venture X Business Cardholders receive free Capital One lounge access for themselves and 2 guests. Thanks to annual credits that exceed those cards’ annual fees, they’re a no brainer to have in your wallet. Guest access ends on 2/1/26, unless you spend $75K per calendar year. Additional user access also ends on 2/1/26, unless they pay a $125 annual lounge access fee.
Lounge access for Capital One Venture Rewards Credit Card and Capital One Spark Miles for Business cardholders is $45 per person per visit. Lounge access for everyone else is $90 per visit.
Additional kids under 18 are $25 and kids under 2 are free.
Today, Capital One expands its network with the opening of a 13,500 square-foot lounge in JFK’s Terminal 4, on Level 3 in the Retail Hall near the B Gates. You can view a terminal map here.
Terminal 4 airlines include Delta, El Al, Arika, Aeromexico, Air Europa, Air India, Avianca, China Airlines, Copa, Emirates, Etihad, Hawaiian, KLM, LATAM, Singapore, Virgin Atlantic, Westjet, and more. You can also access Terminal 4 when flying from other terminals, though you will have to reclear security.
The Capital One lounge will be open from 9am-9pm through 7/2, from 6am-11pm from 7/3-7/16, and will be open 24/7 starting 7/17! That will make it the only JFK lounge that never closes, which will be great for El Al’s 2:15am flight departure or a 6am Delta flight.
Terminal 4 now has an AMEX, Capital One, and Chase lounge, in addition to airline lounges and multiple Priority Pass options!
The lounge will feature a full-service espresso bar that serves expertly crafted drinks using locally roasted beans from Bean & Bean Coffee Roaster.
“Exclusive to the Capital One Lounge at JFK is the Skyscraper IPA, a crisp, clean, light-bodied, and subtly hoppy brew created by Grimm Artisanal Ales as part of Capital One’s “Perfect Airport Beer” program.
The robust bar menu also features a rotating selection of local beers from brewers like Brooklyn-based TALEA Beer Company and a signature cocktail from the award-winning Death & Co., alongside a lineup of craft cocktails on tap, hand-selected wines, and non-alcoholic beverage offerings.
Capital One Lounges offer a “Rare Bottle Club,” where guests can purchase and enjoy rare and hard-to-find liquors and wines, such as prohibition-era gins, 1950s bourbons, and rare vintages, in addition to standard food and beverage options. This program gives customers a chance to taste a collection of fun, one-of-a-kind selections they’d be unlikely to encounter elsewhere.
The lounge features two private rooms that offer even more comfort and quiet respite for the busy traveler, along with a luxury shower suite outfitted with hotel-style touches like Dyson hair dryers, plush towels, and premium, sustainable toiletries that create the perfect mid-journey reset moment.
Expansive windows frame the most expansive tarmac views in the Capital One Lounge network, allowing natural light to flood the space by day and offering a cinematic perspective of the runway by night.
The Capital One Lounge at JFK features more than 40 original works from New York-based artists that bring the city’s spirit to life.”
The lounge also includes Seven private, fully stocked restrooms, a parent’s room equipped with a bottle warmer, changing table, and comfortable seating for caregivers, a filtered water system so travelers can easily refill their reusable water bottles, a flight status display to keep travelers on schedule without leaving their seat, individual power outlets and USB-C ports at every seat, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.
Next up for Capital One will be a Capital One Landing in LaGuardia.

What about EWR??? Lounge options aren’t great there aside from united
Great news, now I have to pray that my El Al flight scheduled for July 2 will be on.
Any Kosher options in this lounge?
I am currently in the capital one lounge at JFK terminal four. Firstly it’s gorgeous. A dining manager came around to introduce herself, offering me services, and I asked her about kosher options. She said it’s something that they are actively working on and hope to have in the near future. She was talking about partnering with airlines and having options to order it through the airline within 24 hours and then it would come to the lounge
Any word on Kosher food being available in this lounge?
I asked, but haven’t heard back.
Sadly, I’m not holding my breath.
Access allowed for Priority Pass holders?
No
Kosher food??

If flying out of a different terminal, will I be able to pass through security at Terminal 4 to be able to enter the lounge
Yes, but you’ll have to exit and reclear security for any other terminal.
Can one access the lounge upon arrival to jfk?
Officially, you need a departing flight.
I have been able to get into C1 lounges on arrival in the past, but YMMV.

Oh good! I’ll jump in with my Venture X card to chill out and relax, and make my kids sit on the floor in the hallway outside since Capital One stripped the lounge benefit down to me alone. They’ll still love me, right?
