I first mistakenly selected a merchant from which I had already ordered and even after removing from cart and selecting a new merchant I was not eligible for the discount until I opened the page again in an incognito browser.

There was a similar deal to Costco from Sam’s Club and you did not have to be a member… but then they charge a handling fee per box that ruins the deal. Does Costco have a handling fee? Anyway… I am a business member and not an Executive member… so looks like it would be $14.18 for me and not $11.34. Either way… deal is still good for non-Costco Executive members.
@can’t find – depends on the style. There are ones in there for $11.34 (if you are an executive member). Display more than 24 per page (you can even display all) and look through it or search for $11.34 and you will find plenty.
