Check your AMEX cards to see if you are targeted to get $80 off $200 for JetBlue purchases in one or more transactions by 7/12.

Most of my and my wife’s AMEX cards are targeted for this offer, including our AMEX Consumer Platinum card and AMEX Business Platinum card that have $200 annual airline fee credits. Read the Battle of the Platinum cards here.

I have always has success getting the fee credit for JetBlue ticket purchases of $100 or less and others have reported success for $150 tickets as well.

You can chat with AMEX to change your selected airline to JetBlue.

You can convert JetBlue tickets into Travel Bank funds that are useable for anyone’s travel for 1 year.

If you spend $200 on tickets you may be able to receive both the $80 AMEX Offer and the $200 airline fee credit, but to be safe you may want to spend $280 as AMEX has been known to claw back credits in the past when they cause a net refund.

Are you targeted for this offer?
