anyone know the cancellation policy?
Not great.
Official policy is even within 24 hours, you can only cancel for Jetblue Vacations Credit (not Jetblue Credit).
When I booked a trip a few weeks ago, and 2 hours later there was the new requirement of COVID test to come back to USA, they allowed me to cancel for refund as courtesy, 2 hours after booking.
Except at the website never seems to work?

Can I get a full refund if I can’t fly due to covid?

“Getting a handle on carry-ons.
Blue Basic fares booked on or after 2/25/21 for travel 7/20/21 or later will only include a personal item that fits under the seat in front of you. Carry-on bags that go in the overhead bin will not be allowed.
Exceptions to the Blue Basic no-carry-on bag policy extend to Mosaic members, travelers combining a Blue Basic fare with an Even More® Space seat, unaccompanied minors and active military.”
