It’s a typo on the JetBlue site.
The terms correctly state it’s 6 total one-ways for 6K points.

You can credit to Singapore, but you won’t get this promotion then.

My exact balance is 16,695. Based on the transfer pricing of JetBlue’s website, it will be $12.50 for each 1k miles. Alternatively you can purchase a mileage ticket on my account and whatever the corresponding price of a money ticket is for that same flight will be how much I will charge you in dollars.
