Beware, Sears customer service is terrible. I made an appointment with them for 4pm. We got there at 4:04 and the first representative told us that they doubled booked the appointment and we would have to come back a different day. When we looked around and saw that there wasn’t a single person other then us in the store and pointed it out to them, they changed their reason and told us that since we were late they couldn’t take us because they were getting ready for the next appointment at 4:30. I called the regional manager and he of course didn’t call back either. Just sharing my experience with them
Does anyone know if this offer can be combined with any other offer ($7.99 package of one pose…)?

Many share your experience, including me, I had to go back three times for arriving 3 minutes late, then they misplaced my pictures when I went to pick them up, and had to wait another few weeks to go down there to pick up again.

Read the fine print on the coupon, last time I checked it was written in English.
I went into a wal mart in Kingston yesterday and they had the same offer. Give it a shot!
I don’t care what sears is giving away for free the hassle and headache they cause is not worth it
it is valid in canada, and the sears in yorkdale are great and easy!
They run all sorts of promos all the time. I did the free shots 3 times already and never had a problem with sears.
I recently had a appointed at 4 in the money location only one worker was on site doing all work I got out only “615” .the store was empty except for the 30 workers doing nothing
I just went to Sears and received my free 20 x 20 picture. I asked about using the other offer. I was shown the fine print which states “One offer per family.” That was self explanatory. I spent $12 to get the the other pictures that I wanted.
