i don’t think so.
according to their website, they are dairy free, however they are not certified dairy free. I also believe they gelatin in their products which is not kosher.
according to a big kashrus authority that I asked you can get a smoothie from jamba juice as long as you only order fruit and fresh squeezed orange juice.
you have to ask to not have any other fillers in the drink.
the reason for this is because they have a dedicated orange juice machine and the pitchers are always washed out and everything is cold.
as always ask your own local orthodox rabbi before listening to me.
