I’m avoiding Newegg. Very disappointed in their track record to deliver and provide timely resolution.

Multiple times bought directly (no 3rd party).
Same here. Order never came yet, been well over a month.
Same here; said package was delivered by UPS to post office for delivery, but never came.
KN95 are not medical grade ? What is then?
NIOSH certified N95 masks are the gold standard.

Took over a month to get order. Also think my credit card was hacked by this company. They billed when they finally shipped, and same day card was hacked. Contacted them about this and never got a reply

Agree with the other comments. It was over a week late, they told me it was lost in Shipment. They filed a claim for me that would take 10 days to be refunded. A week later they arrived (after I purchased them elsewhere) and they gave me a hard time to return… Very bad ex2, never again.
