Each Membership is valid for just one person. We do not sell “family” Memberships, although we do offer lower prices when you sign up for four or more Memberships at a time.

I plan to purchase 4 seasonal passes, as gifts for my children and grandchildren. Must they all be present to have their cards activated? Also… is ID required for young children?
Deadline to pick up pass in Chicago (Great America) is November 11. This is my 3rd year buying a season pass, and the benefits keep going downhill. 2 years ago, there was a bonus bring a friend good for the entire season, last year it was only good in the springtime. This year, only for Holiday in the Park. In Chicago?!? Doubt I’ll be going to that.

I took advantage of this offer last year. Just a tip: If you will be going to pick up the passes when the offer is still available, rather buy it at the park than online and save the online purchasing fee. Wish someone would have told me that last year…

I got the notification right as I was passing great escape from Montreal to NY.
Got two passes!
I purchased the gold membership last October. I still have two months left and it’s at a rate that’s better than the gold plus thats offered during this sale, albeit apparently with less benefits.
I spoke with a supervisor at great length and as it was described to me if I’m on the gold membership plan, which is no longer available, that it’s likely I’ll continue to pay the same monthly amount and maintain the same benefits, effectively grandfathering into this monthly plan which began last year. State taxes would be the one kicker on monthly increases beyond the first 12 months which will expire in two months.
While I’d like to believe her I’m still very weary of what’ll happen to the pricing when our 12 months is up. The real kicker is we’re paying $13.80 for 3 Gold memberships as well as 1 dining pass. We get the free parking and access to the local Hurricane Harbor, which is all we need. The current pricing is no where near as good. The current deals are essentially an upsell of what they offered last year.
While the benefits may be better and the point system is being offered it’s just not of any interest to us. It’s the equivalent to me of Comcast trying to add a bundle or package to get more benefit while only increasing the price incrementally or not at all on promotional terms.
Hopefully it’ll work out as I’m hoping it will but I’d be very curious what others are doing who signed up last year at the gold membership level.

We bought during the flash sale last year. So, we already have for 2018. How does this sale compare to the pricing of their spring sale?
